I had a parcel sent to me from england through tnt as i was informed that they are a safe and experienced company. I have experienced nothing but nightmares with this company. I firstly waited so long just for the parcel to arrive in south africa. After the parcel arrived i am still currently waiting for the parcel to be delivered. I contacted tnt and had communication with several people without success. I was told after nine days that the parcel was in the country and that an itac form was needed to release the parcel. All was done sent and still no satisfaction. Now i am told that after seven days a levy of R 1500 is needed. I have tried by all means to get hold of management or someone that can help me but to no avail. The said component is for my business of which i am losing business daily without it. I have been on the tracking and nothing actually makes sense. In my opinion this company of which is supposed to be over seventy years old has such a disgusting service, with staff that i would have released from my company long ago. As for management after reading all the reviews in my opinion are also pathetic. I cannot express my disappointment enough in this company. My next step is my lawyers. I will also caution all my friends and contractors against this company.
