Amazing service by an employee

Initially this would have been a terrible review as I was over charged by a considerable amount for a customs payment. It has taken the best part of a month to receive back but it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for an absolutely incredible employee by the name of Amanda Ericson who contacted me every day either by call or email to follow up and give feedback as to where they were in the process. Her level of customer service goes beyond what I have ever seen before and I can only hope that she is recognized for the incredible person she is within this organization. Thank you Amanda for all you have done! You are an assets to FedEx!
