I have never had any good experience with TNT ever until now! I spent over a month requesting import documents from the tnt team(this happens every single time you handle a shipment for us by the way) and no one was assisting not even responding to my emails, but in the passed week I have found someone by the name of GODFREY NKOPANE who has been God sent, Responds to my emails and actually assists with fixing the problem and understands the urgency.
