Amanda Ericson and Fedex Rock!

I had a great experience with Fedex today. Normally its such a mission to deal with courier companies but today I was helped by a person called Amanda Ericson and I was pleasantly surprised!

Very few companies in South Africa offer any kind of customer care and certainly not good customer care when you can actually get hold of somebody to talk to. Amanda was amazing and made the experience excellent. It makes me want to change my courier company to Fedex. People always complain but this is a massive compliment to Fedex South Africa! They should hire more staff with etiquette and professionalism like Amanda Ericson!
