Always Late!!!

This is not the first time I am using Fedex for a domestic business delivery, when you request a payment quote the consultant assisting you on the telephone gives specific instructions regarding the required documents to be sent before the collection/delivery can be processed, however once payment is made and documents are sent, the INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT COMP**** WITH.<br> What is the purpose of requesting a collection time of 9:00am and the courier only arrives at 14:00???<br> Nevertheless, the delivery guy knows absolutely nothing, the closing time for the delivery is completely incorrect and the address to be inserted in written by the courier guy which is also incorrect.<br> I had to inform him that I will write it myself as there is a different address and delivery address as well as special instructions/comments as to where the package needs to be delivered to.<br> I can honestly say I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN, I wonder if my packages ever arrives at its destinations!<br>
