ABYSMAL SERVICE FROM FEDEX - ESSENTIAL SERVICES NON DELIVERY

Abysmal service from FedEx!!!!! There is nothing Express about this service. Still waiting for a courier delivery from overseas which arrived at their Cape Town Depot in April. Provided them with ALL the documentation that was required for clearance on the 5th May with nominal response to date. There is only 1 customer support number which is not in operation at present. Very frustrating dealing with an express courier company that does not return calls or emails. Rather pathetic.
