Abused clients and customers bad reputation and service deliver

Dear Mr Pieterse this was as previously explained  that this is not FedEx. We have sent all previous communications to our *** team. There is an increase in ********* impersonating reputable organizations, such as FedEx, to commit theft.  FedEx has been alerted to the unauthorized use of its business name, service marks and logos by persons or companies **********ly representing themselves as FedEx or as representatives of FedEx . ********** e-mails and SMS or other messages come from a wide variety of sources, and some claim to be from FedEx or representing FedEx. ********** e-mail and SMS and other messages, often referred to as "phishing", are becoming increasingly common during these times. These types of messages often use corporate logos, colors and legal disclaimers to make it appear as though they are real and are sent or attempted through direct phone calls from local phone numbers in an attempt to trick people into sending money and providing personal information such as usernames, passwords and/or credit card details, and for the purpose of committing theft, identity theft and/or other crimes. While there is no foolproof method to prevent the unauthorized use of the FedEx name, we watch for such activity in order to help safeguard our customers' interests. Kind regards Leigh
