Absolutely Useless FedEx

I actually detest using Fedex. Their service is terrible. I ship freight many times a year and every time i use Fedex, there is ALWAYS an issue. First they tell me that my account is on hold as i have gone over my credit limit, when i do not even have an account. All bills are paid COD... Then i get hold of the manager who assigns someone new to assist me. Her name is Kagiso and she is great. Assisted with submitting docs. No complaints against her. I was told 24-48 hours. That time frame has now passed. I have called the manager (sanjeen) about 8 times with no answer. I am actually livid now and no one can answers the phones or replies to messages or e-mails. I pay a fortune to air freight my business products here and this is their response.
