Absolutely pathetic.
I am still waiting for a parcel that had to be delivered 5 DAYS AGO!!! They take weeks toe deliver VIP shipments, after one has to phone them several times. Their customers service staaf are arrogant and pathetic and tell you that things are out of their hands as my parcel is transferred to a third party. I give a sh#t, because TNT is being paid to do the job.
