Absolutely pathetic!
What is the point of your delivery instructions if you don’t follow them?! I asked them to contact me before delivery so I can ensure I leave work on time only to receive a call once he was at the gate already?! When I got home 10 min later he left?!?! Absolutely terrible planning!
