Absolutely disgusting service i am shocked

Absolutely disgusting-no wonder DHL is taking over Fedex has the most horrific service ever sies , i called in yesterday to confirm exactlY what was going on with my parcel and was told to provide my ID number which I did ... note i have used this disgusting courier company before and this is the reason I left and used other courier services

I called again today three times ,1st time line was answered but nobody on the other end ,second call answered and all i cud hear was a bunch of people having a conversation and the last all i was told was id number received-my parcel was supposed to arrive today ,Dhl and Aramex are far more efficient than this nonsense and I will go on social media to complain also this is absolute nonsense-how can people be so care free and relaxex in these Covid timea i wud be very worried considering conoanies are closing down and ppl losing Jobs now imagine a company closing down due to bad service

I have see on other reviews and wow seems I made a mistake using Fedex again because nobody wants to ever do business with you guy am so disgusted

I want feedback regarding my parcel asap -this is required for a wedding on Thursday and alreay I waited for a whole week and 3 days
