Absolutely a shame to know what employees are working for FedEx { The ones Working with my Documents}

So i have imported Engine parts for a Caterpillar Engine ( Flow Switch ).My parts come in at the 3 April I got a pay link from FedEx I then notes that im getting charge for duty fee. witch im not suppose to get charge for duties , I then contact FedEx I then hade to ask my supplier for the correct Hs code because the one they use was in correct. I spoke to a guy and he did then apply for a voc to correct the hs code. he then said he will send it back t customs and apply for a new pay link. days went by and i have try to get hold off a couple of ppl working with my Parcel./Documents No one comes back to a person , phone them sending emails , leaving messages and no luck. today is the 5/05/2022 i hade to fill in documents and hade to send it back to FedEx personal that's dealing with my documents and again no response as normal. My suppler then send me a email quoting [ Customs has been trying to contact you to receive duty payment and release your shipment; but they have had no response.

I have given them your contact information. Hoping you can settle this. Otherwise, they will be abandoning the package and of course that will not be our responsibility.

Absolutely is not true , Customs haven't phone me nor did FedEx personal even tried to phone me.

i have been trying to be nice and im now done. i WANT the managers of FedEx to please get hold off me.
