Absolute incompetance from FEDEX
My last review was deleted , even though I sent the proof to Hello Peter. To date all we have had from Fedex is promises yet all we got was delays with one lying excuse after another . yesterday we were told all was OK and our shipment would arrive today..... NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AND WE CANT FIND OUT WHY ....... There is something seriously wrong with Fedex , being the most *********** courier company in the world today .... In South Africa they exist only because of incoming international shipment.... NEVER USE FEDEX......

06 Nov 2024, 11:12So they say they will contact me ....it is now 11h00 am and nobody has called or sent me a mail.... your numbers do not work, and it is obvious you have no understanding of customer service ...... I will now go to the broader social media platform as it is obvious FEDEX has absolutely no interest in resolving issues and you act in no interest what so ever.
