FedEx is a ********** company and is out there to rob people like they did to me. On 27/09/2017 I went their office near airport in Cape Town. I sent a bottle of Ingram's ointment to my Dad who lives in Kuwait. For a R 35 bottle I paid R 578.36 which meant nothing to me as it was for my Father. The people at fed-ex told me that this is the total cost. A few days later I get a Phone call saying that either me or Dad needs to pay addition R 200 . I inquired for what ? They saying its for taxes. I contacted the agents in Kuwit and they informed me that the tax on certain Items is 5% . A bottle that costed me R 35 , ended up paying additional 200 for taxes ? I requested a Tax receipt and have heard nothing from them. The ointment is still laying in Kuwait in their offices in Kuwait and not derived . I want my money and my item back
