A very bad experience I am having with Fedex
Such a bad company to deal with. My order was delayed and has not moved from the 16th. I have been calling a very useless lady (Mokgadi Mongwana) that was handling the clearance and she does not give tangible feedback.
They also overcharge their clearing fees. I have been order the same thing for over 2 years and I never experienced this as I was using DHL.
