<p>I would like to send a BIG compliment to one of your delivery persons, Andre Naude, who has over the past two years or so become by far the most dependable and pleasant delivery man I have yet encountered. And he delivers at the most amazing speed, for example, I ordered an item from an online store on Saturday, and today, Monday, a lunchtime, the order was delivered by him. And he repeats this feat time after time, so that I can almost depend on you and him that my deliveries will happen sooner than I expected. I have received many parcels and documents by courier at this address over the years, and nobody can do it as efficiently as you and he manage to do it. He is also a most personable and professional man, a true asset to your company. Well done and thank you!</p>
