I was quoted R476 for a parcel to be delivered. I get invoiced R2045..... It was a small 0.25 KG parcel and I was charged less for another parcel that was 1.8 KG and double the size to a similar destination.
I query and they keep saying I must provide the quote but the quote is on their app when you capture the details of the shipping. I will NEVER use FedEx again.
