5 MONTH REVIEW !! R45 000.00 NO RESPONSE,NO DELIVERY

At this point is it even legal??! A huge expense from shipper,a gift that was supposed to arrive 13 August 2020. I sent emails daily to Mpho, and Shimane, no reply, last actual email from said nonchalante,inept consultants was in October with an invoice for payment, Since then ****ALL feedback , HOW DOES A SHIPMENT THIS EXPENSIVE GO MISSING. **** CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A POSSIBLE Automated reply from Mehrun-Nisa. FEDEX IS THE MOST *************,UNRESPONSIVE with an,"I don't give a ****" , attitude courier, a $1000 dollars to express!! 5 months later, NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS so silence is best. DISGUSTING!
