40 DAYS LATER AND 3RD COMPLAIN STILL NO DELIVERY..

Da level of dissapointment and frustration that Tnt has cause for me is unexplainable. My parcel arrived in Jhb on da 7th ; waited for invoice until I complained da 24 March and it was only sent on 31st . I made payment on da 1st told in 2 days it will be released. On da 6th I complained because I was going using da hair for the wedding , Friday da 8th was called by Aroon promised for lebogang to come back to me. On Friday at 4 received da email stating it's unfortunate will not receive my parcel for the wedding. Wedding has passed today it's Wednesday still nothing is released. Was hoping atleast will use my hair for my graduation ceremony. Still there is no hope for that. Lebogang is not responding to my emails from Monday till today. Am even looking hope maybe my parcel is lost. I even blame myself why did I ship with TNT from da beginning as they don't understand customer's needs. Would appreciate if I can get 1 solid response on th matter not empty promises.tracking number *** .
