4 weeks and still no delivery

File Number : ********** 40 Importer : ********** 8 I-SLICES MANUFACTURING Good have been held up in customs for over 3 weeks and regardless of daily calls to Daren Naidoo, Stops Clerk in Clearance Department, only when we started shouting at 3 weeks did he finally escalate it which he should have done after 5 working days. Then good were cleared last Wed and still NO delivery no matter how much I stressed how urgent the delivery was. TNT phone line does not work at all!!! ZERO service. Am angry and frustrated. Will NEVER ever use this shocking company again.
