3 weeks still no parcel

<p>My parcel of less than 1kg has been held up at customs for 3 weeks. I sent all the necessary requested documents, 3 weeks ago. Only received a bill of R1600 for a parcel valued at R2154 last week Wednesday that is less than 1kg a week ago. I was sooo sick of waiting that I agreed to pay the amount immediately for the release of my goods. I am still waiting for my goods to be released. After agreeing to pay. Fedex, is honestly the worst. No one expains how the amounts are calculated, you are told 3 working days which turns into 3 whole weeks. No transparency, ridculous waiting periods and expensive! I will honesly never use Fedex again and I urge everyone never to use it again. How it takes this long to get 1 tiny little parcel is beyond me. </p>
