2nd complaint- no response from TNT. Can I have some feedback?

Still no progress since my last complaint a week ago. Apparently, my parcel is in the government's warehouse and waiting for a deposit slip to move it to the state's warehouse.

I still do not have an answer as to why my parcel is in the government warehouse, to begin with. It is one thing dealing with SARS and their long delays but not getting a response from your trusted courier company is worse. I have never had such a slow service from TNT.
