2ND COMPLAIN NO RESPONSE NO PARCEL 30 DAYS LATER

I can never express the anger and disappointment that has happened. I have been waiting for my delivery from 3rd march up to today nothing. I have received invoice made the payment for penalties send proof of payment. emailed for feedback but I get no joy. I have wedding on Saturday of which the whole bridal part depends on that parcel , I gave myself so much time to avoid disappointment but 35 days later . I have wasted so much money calling the call with no joy. Nobody seem to bother to assist me . I really don't know what to do . I would really appreciate if somebody can give me a proper feedback. tracking number is ***. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT DOES EXPRESS MEAN .
