2 years later and the same pathetic service

<p>Once again Fedex can't stick to their own service delivery turn around time! I used their services 2 years ago, 2 years later SAME FRUSTRATION!! I PAID for the overnight delivery, was told my package will be here in the morning around 9-11am, but it hasn't even left the depot section!!!!! Joke, why are you offering a service you seem to NEVER get right. This was my EXACT same experience the last time!!!! I called in, spoke to 3 agents and 1 supervisor Brenda Manamela, who promised she'd call me back, 40 mins later I'm calling back in. There's a specific reason people request overnight delivery and request for specific time frames!!!!! Pathetic, claiming to offer a non-existent service delivery!!!!!!</p>
