2-3 Business days means "whenever we get to it".
It is always sad when good people work for bad companies. I have dealt with 4 wonderful people at Fedex trying to resolve my problem, but in the end the company just don't care about service. Individuals can not defeat policies and systems not being geared towards customer service. 2-3 Business days between major centers means it will get there whenever they can find the time or a spot on a truck, it has nothing to do with physical days of the week. Bottom line, if you don't overnight, they don't give a damn, you'll get it when they get to it. I am at 5 days and counting, the package has not left Cape Town according to the tracking website. The only reason for not giving it one star are the kind and caring individualis who tried their best to help
