10 days later and still no feedback
Since my last complaint about lack of customer care and service delivery a week ago ,TNT has proved me right they just dont deliver on time and their customer care sucks.I got a call the day I posted a complaint on hello peter and got assurance that my package will be delivered to me but til today nothing .my emails go un responded to and I just wonder if at all I am gonna get assistance.The package got in on the 11th of March and a month later on tracking it its said to be at TNT location Johannesburg.So moving ? package from Johannesburg to Pretoria now takes a month?Guys your incompetence is amazing.
