Federated Management Institute - full of empty promises to attract keynote speakers

I have a concern when a conference organiser invite an international speaker to present at a conference, making empty promises of sponsorship such as international travel to and back from conference, accommodation, etc. and then after accepting the offer, cannot even pay for an economy class ticket. I have been struggling for 3 months now to just get the refund for my economy flight that I had to purchase myself. Promises of arranged accommodation was also just that - empty promises. Very disappointing.
