request for a refund

This business failed to pay back my excess cash paid on the order. I bought brick on initial quote and later change the qty of brick and did not changes the transportation cost. Now that I have to get a refund it is from pillar to post. Please assist in getting my refund as I have forwarded them my banking detail and the lady still want to confirm my details with the bank, what a stupid excuse I ever heard.
