Federal parking headache

I have a problem which is going on monthly with not receiving my invoice for parking as an employee of a tenant in Fourways Mall. I have constantly email Carine van Der Watt to ask to a service invoice that I am paying for. I even explained to her that I need the invoice monthly as I pay from my own pocket then submit the invoice together with my proof of payment so that I can be reimbursed. This is frustrating to request simple service to be rendered.
