Provident fund

Good day I left edcon February 2018 and I fell all provident fund document.untill today I was never paid any amount. I worked as a ppt from 2008 then moved to a p6 in 2012 until 2018 January. The provident fund was under fedcraw union,I went to Fedcraw offices last year and I was assisted by the lady called Diana,she told me they never received any documents then she requested me to fill another forms.I did and waited patiently with no luck.

After sometime I called Themba Mthembu ,he explain a long story about admin(bophelo,Robsin salvage,penprow) the funds moved from one company to another apparently Bophelo administered Fedcraw funds from 2012 to 2016and calculation were never done so they dont know how much the clients have.Robsin salvage took over from Bophelo.I spoke to the lady named Sharon,she explained that they are busy with reculculations for 5 years,she told me she is not sure how long its going to take them to fix Bophelo's mess.I should call her every month to check how far they are with the process. I spoke to the lady in September 2018 and she telling me the same this year.

I am really not impressed with Fedcraw because I dont understand how is this my problem now because when they deducted my money they had no problems.

What does the provident fund Act say?Can l please get help.
