Fedcraw provident fund

I worked for edcon from 1996 to 2017 i left and completed my tranfere of fund fron Fedcraw provident fund to massbuild one but the it was never done then i completed the withdrawl form until today nothing happened all , only when i sent mail im told our funds are mesed up but promised month after month to be paid , thats sad cause no one helps inluding the union
