Fedauto Ford Kokstad - Appalling Service

<p>I would like to express my disappointment with the service my Family and I received from Fedauto Ford Kokstad. It was thee most appalling client service ever. My car went in for a service yesterday, they don't even bother following up or checking up with the client. They can't even execute the most simple request. The quotation I received was wrong, my names and car registration were captured incorrectly - I don't know what to say... This service is just not acceptable.</p>
