Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This venue was the single most unprofessional and disrespectful vendor we dealt with during the entire wedding planning process. Two weeks before our wedding — two weeks! — they cancelled our event, leaving us scrambling and devastated.

The owner/manager was consistently rude, dismissive, and controlling, refusing to listen to what I, the bride, wanted for my own wedding. Instead, she pushed her own agenda and made it abundantly clear that it was going to be done her way, or not at all.

What’s worse, she actually swore at me, belittled me, and made the entire experience traumatic when it should have been joyful. To the point where she actually wanted to have a physical altercation with me and threatened me. There was zero willingness to accommodate, compromise, or even communicate respectfully. Her behavior was not only unprofessional — it was appalling.

On top of that, their so-called “all-inclusive” package is a complete ****. There are tons of hidden exclusions, and once you actually get a quote, the prices mysteriously increase from what is said. It’s misleading at best, dishonest at worst.

This place is not worth your time, money, or stress. There are plenty of other venues that treat people with respect and actually care about making your day special. This is not one of them.

Brides: Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this venue. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to deal with someone who clearly has no respect for her clients or the importance of the occasion
