Pre wedding horror

on 22 and 23 October 2014 me and my mom went to featherhill spa but the place and facilities was poor.The Jacuzzi was broken and men were fixing the one Jacuzzi while we were in our costumes at the spa that was very unproffesional.The place was dirty there was spiderwebs everywhere even in the fromt portal.They put tealight candles on the stairs the night leading to our room but there were never lit.We ordered drink that had to be in the rooms barfridge the girl only came with the drinks after dinner at about * at night then we didn't want it any more.The music was a problem they were busy repairing the radios or sound system that made noise and was very disturbing.Eventough they knew this was a day before my wedding they did no extra effort for us to make us feel special.I don't think they deserve the 5 star rating.Food was good and treatment was good but the whole atmosphere was bad.I will never again go there since I feel we paid R2500l.00 per person a night and that was the type of facilities that we had to endure.
