Pathetic customer service

My daughter was bought a bubblegum tablet in Sept last year it's still within the warranty in jan the unit started omitting a distorted noise when trying to watch movies etv... I contacted Featherbrooke computers who never advised that'll be charged for the collection the unit was there for a wk when I was advised they cannot find a fault zraymo d and team sent the unit to Bubblegum headiffice in Cape town . MININE from bubblegum advised after 4 days that the unit was repaired and tested and was on it's way back to Jhb , after much ado the tablet was collected and guess what it's now worse off than it was when it left my hone inJan.

I contacted Featherbrooke they blame bubblegum. Bubblegum is investigated but it's clear that the tablet was tampered with before I collected it
