Feather Nest Guest House in Oudtshoorn **** advertising!!!

A disappointment to say the least!

No access to the pool even though the ad clearly says there's a pool. We could hardly make use of air-conditioning as they were 'refurbished and break easily' as said by the owners, yet the ad clearly says there's air-conditioning. The electricity that continually "triped" when the air-cons were on.

The house was extremely hot inside and outside and not being able to use the air-con for the entire day made this an extremely unpleasant stay.

Its really fair towards customers when holiday accommodation is falsely advertised.
