I need my money

I ordered from these people on the 30th August and they said they will deliver on Wednesday which was the following day. I paid the full amount including delivery fee and till today, I am still waiting. Tried calling, emailing and texting but still no answer. I even told them that I will get the police involved but they didn't seem to care about that. Is there any help we can get from these people. Their company(according to the internet) its 08 James, Klerksdorp Central.
