Damage to Car and poor customer service

I’d like to advise everyone to Stay away!!!!! They go by different names Movemycar/FDR logistics/ To Anywhere Carriers. Trust me it’s not worth it. It is cheap for a reason, rather pay 6K or more with professional carriers. I regret not using Stuttafords to ship my car.

I dropped off my car at the Cape Town Belville Depot in perfect condition only to pick it up at their Kaalfontein Depot and the Car could not even move. The Gears were not even changing. I think someone tampered with my car/ or something major happened that they do not want to own up to.

They have very bad customer service. All of them start with “ lm not trying to be rude but we don’t cover mechanical damage.” How does a car that was moving perfectly in perfect condition get to Joburg and you can’t even drive 500 meters !!!!!!

Monique from TAC just said it’s not their problem. They left me there to fend for myself. Everyone was looking sideways and was unbothered. Did not even offer any contacts to tow my car. If you want a company that just takes your money and has bad service use them. I would give them zero stars. Now l had to tow my own car to the dealership for assessment and still they might still not accept liability…… There is something wrong at their Joburg depot. It looks shady.
