***** - FDFC INTERNATIONAL - FUAD PATEL AND SHANE GRANT

I got involved with Fuad Patel and Shane Grant (who is apparently an insurance broker) in February of 2019. They advised that they would assist me with getting my bond moved so that I could get out extra money out to consolidate my debt. After about a week or two on the 28th Feb I got a call from Shane advising that I needed to pay R15000.00 over to them (fdfc international FNB account) so that each credit bureaus could get paid, XDS, Experian and TransUnion in order to get my credit score up as they did not have any luck with a Phillip Viviers of FNB and that a gentleman high up at TransUnion by the name of Tim would ensure that my credit score would be sorted with all 3 credit bureaus. Shane Grant ensured me that this would be finalised within a week and then I could apply for a bigger bond to consolidate my debt. Week after week there was one story after the next. After struggling with Shane Grant for about 7 months who ensured me he would get my R15,000 back from Tim at TransUnion, then turned around and said to me that I did not pay the money into his account but Fuad Patel and that I must get my money back from him, so after messing me around for 7 months with endless promises he was now wiping his hands off the matter, I asked for Fuad’s or Tim's contact details so that I could contact them for my money, he was not forthcoming with either number but then contacted me after me threatening to take the matter further, he said that he had spoken to Fuad and that he was finalizing a big deal and would pay me my money the following week, five weeks have passed and no payment has been received. I have however gotten messages from Fuad and Shane saying next week and next week etc, the last message advising that his deal he was doing would be finalised this week 6 Jan 2020. Today is the 8th Jan 10 and a half months have passed since I paid the money over to them, I sent messages today to both of them and advising that I would be laying a charge at the police station of theft with false pretences and Shane Grant has responded by saying I must do as I please as I did not pay him directly and will reply on Hello Peter with all my details and allegations, can you believe this man, what I have done wrong? And I have nothing to be ashamed of, at least I haven’t ****** money and **** to someone for months. I have decided to start posting my story on social media in the hope that no one else is ****med by these 2 con artists. I will ensure that I get them exposed on some media platforms as well, lucky for me I've been in the media industry for many years and I will use all resources available to me to expose this disgusting behaviour of these two men. Fuad Patel has already a post of taking somebody else for a ride of R50,000 on Hello Peter. They also took my son's fathers girlfriend for R20,000 in a promise to get her a bond but they will post their own story, I'm more than sure there are a number of people they have done this to. I urge you to speak out so that we can put a stop to this.
