Be Aware of Mr Fuad Patel - FDFC International

***** Mr. Fuad Patel, a Bond Originator from FDFC International, Cell: ***, was contacted on 4 July 2019 he was going to provide me with a 100% Home loan and Overdraft from FNB, he charged me R50000 (fifty thousand Rand) on 5 July 2019 and another R2000 (two thousand Rand) on 10 July 2019, upfront, as I was in Dubai for 15 years and did not know all the pitfalls and I am currently working abroad, up to date 25 August he could not produce a 100% Home loan or Overdraft, I realised on 13 July he started giving a lot of promises and excuses and notified him via WhatsApp to return my money and cancel everything, he still has not returned my money. Furthermore on 15 July 2019 I was waiting for a new Passport to be issued to be able to start working abroad, Mr. Patel said he could deal with that and get my passport out of the system very quickly as he know some inside people at the Department of home Affairs but it would cost me R5000 (five Thousand Rand), I told him I would only pay him afterward, nothing came of the passport I an I subsequently lost 2 week’s worth of salary, I took up the matter myself with Home Affiars on 30 July 2019 after realising there is no Passport Agent he knows with Home Affairs, this is all is due to Mr. Patel's ********** Home loan and Passport Agent.
