Poor service, Rude ******

I want to draw attention to a troubling experience my father had with a FDA debt consolidation company. They initially promised to reduce his debt payments but ended up increasing the monthly amount after he paid an upfront fee. This has significantly affected his credit history, making it difficult for him to obtain financing. The agents we've dealt with have been unprofessional and disrespectful. It's alarming that they've been enrolling clients without proper authorization. This conduct is unacceptable, and despite our efforts to address this issue through emails, we have not received a response. This is a serious matter that needs urgent attention, and we will not hesitate to take further action until it is rectified.
