FDA Debt consolidation company

I was approached by them saying they could help me pay less on my debt and says I must pay a fee upfront and then the amount they said I would pay per month suddenly went from R3000 to R8000 a month so I contacted them and said that I want to cancel my application for debt review and that I will negotiate with the bank and make agreed payments with them which I have been doing for the last 2 years and now I find out that they put me on debt review since the 4th of May 2022 after I asked them to cancel who can help me to cancel this debt review that they put under my name without my consent as I was trying to by a car and they told me I am under debt review and I was shocked because I told them to cancel and made monthly payments arrangements with the bank collection department who can assist me I need help urgently
