Rude Consultant and Horrible Service

My geyser burst in December 2016 and GD plumbers came to install a new geyser, on yhe 28/09/2018 it burst again and i called them through out the day, i was told thay its still under warranty and i have to contact the manufacturer, when they came here with a new geyser to install they did not mention that nor did they mention that when they submitted a claim to my insurance. I had to arrange personally for the geyser to stop leaking and when they eventually came the guy who apparently came to "assess" left the geyser leaking through out the night my house is flooded with water after i called FD Plumbers to let them know about what happended "Samantha" gave me attitude for years,Im a very much disgusted by her and she has a horrible attitude and doesnt listen to customers one bit, she will conclude what your query is before even hearing the whole strory and tell you there's nothing she can do. She will raise her voice at customers and tell you of fees charged whereas they are at fault.ive never experienced such disgusting service, after this incident ill never use their services ever again
