We used their services for a leak detection and they found the leak for which we were charged. We requested to fix it and was charged by credit card machine on site even though we made a note that the leak had not been fixed. Plumber assured us that it was residual water and we were covered by guarantee. The leaking persisted and we were then told that it was probably another leak and we needed to pay for another leak detection as it was in excess of 5m of the first leak. How they knew this is still unanswered. I looked at the area where it was leaking and where they had claimed to fix and cleaned the debris where they had chopped and found a leak, barely 5 cm from where they fixed it up. Called them up and they said it's another job and we need to be charged. No amount of reasoning and appeal worked on them. Chose these guys based on reviews on Google and regret it.
