Lack of Communication

FD Consulting/Forget Debt are a company that supposedly helps people with debt review removal. I'm writing this review because their communication skills are non-existent. Since I entered into the contract with them and also they have been debiting money from my account, no one from that company has bothered to communicate with me, just to let me know how my removal is going. In April it was supposed to be the last payment but I disputed that payment in the hopes that they will communicate with me but sadly I got nothing. I hope they see this review and actually do get in touch with me. All I want is communication, because this is a very serious matter, especially where money is concerned. Even their consultant that approached me, hasn't bothered communicating with me. I have sent them countless emails and Whatsapp messages, I've even tried calling them but wasn't successful. FD Consulting/Forget Debt, I plead with you to get in touch with me.
