Rude, unprofessional and bitter Agent

IF you want a real Estate company that is speaks to you in an unprofessional, loud and rude way then go to FC properties. specifically Antronica Msiza. I had decided to report an issue I had with her to her manager which was solved immediately and i decided to let it rest, irrespective of the service Antronica gave. She decided to send me a disturbing Voice note stating basically telling me that I " shouldn't speak badly of her if I want to leave" as if as a tenant or customer of anything I am not allowed to report to her manager. I extremely disappointed that I can't leave a place in peace or in good faith as a Tenant that hasn't been giving problems and always made sure to pay in time. I don't deserve to be treated or spoken to in this manner or any of you guys also. So please no matter how desperate you are never use FC properties or Antronica Msiza as your agent.
