I feel disrespected!!

My partner and I are currently apartment hunting (for rental). We saw an apartment which we liked and arranged for viewing, my partner was working on the day so I went viewing by myself. The apartment was indeed as shown in the pictures. Upon arrival, there were different people awaiting to view the same apartment. I was the first to view and expressed my interest, the agent (Ouma Sedutla) promised that she would send me forms after everyone was done viewing. I followed up on the same day (Saturday) and received no response, followed up again on Sunday and received no response still. As I am typing this, it is literally Monday at 22:02. What makes me mad about this is the fact that we had an agreement/appointment prior to me going to view and she was communicating eagerly. I feel like she looked down on me and instantly and ghosted me, which is madly unprofessional and honestly unpleasant.
