THIS BROCKER POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW WITHDRAWALS

VERY BAD & TRAMATISING EXPERINCE

My withdrawal was rejected at a desperate time when i needed my money for urgent settlement.

I was advised that i have to first pay back all the money ideposited from Absa acc which I don't have couse I lost it all to trades in FBS system, some were trades were strangely closed before deplition of the margin.

But the i decided to try again in Nov 2024, i was able to make small profit, and made 2 withdrawals successfully, but the 3rd withdrawal was rejectd & im advised that i first have to pay all the money i deposited from the Absa account, I'm actually forced by FBS to pay all the money i lost on the trade from FBS back to my Absa account before I can withdraw 😭😭😭

APARENTLY THIAT IS THEIR POLICY, THEY DONT CARE IF I LOST ALL THAT MANEY OR NOT, AND WHETHER I HAVE MADE ANY PROFIT AMOUNTING TO THOSE LOST DEPOSITS OR NOT, I CANNOT WITHDRAW THE SMALL AVAIBLE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT.

This is a very frustrating stressful situation, cause it means I will not enjoy festive with the little I have cause I don't have enough funds in FBS account to pay back into Absa all the money deposited from Absa account and most of which was lost on trades 😭😭😭

I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF ILL BE ABLE TO MAKE ENOUGH PROFIT TO PAY BACK THAT AMOUNT AND THAT NEENS I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW EVEN THE LITTLE I HAVE😭😭😭 EVEN THE LITTLE I HAVE IS GONE😭😭😭
