TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The ladies on the floor at FBO Mall @ Reds have an attitude which is out of hand. I have encountered 3 incidents within a period of 4 months.
A month ago I reported the situation to the store assistant manager and she promised to escalate the matter.
Yesterday, I happened to visit the store after telling myself I will never set my foot there again. You won't believe, I lesf the store heartbroken again as usual. The ladies there can really hange your mood to zero.
To my surprise after talking to the store manager, the previous incidents were not reported to her by her assistance hence the history seems to be repeating itself at that store.
My decision is that I never set my foot there again.. I have an option which is FBO Atterbury I would rather drive 20km for the sake of my mental health.
The 2 ladies that pull up this negative attitude and arrogance are Lebo, Olivia and assistant manager that lies.
I will name and shame, I'm not being done a favour I pay for the items I buy at this store.
