I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the apparent dismissal of an outstanding staff member from your store. The individual in question is a tall, imposing figure with two gold teeth, who worked at your store during the December holiday period.

This exceptional employee provided me with unparalleled customer service, showcasing a deep knowledge of your products and offering expert styling advice. His dedication and passion for his work were evident, and I was thoroughly impressed. As a loyal customer since 2020, I have visited numerous FBO stores, including Atterbury, KMP, Reds, and both the old and new Pretoria locations. Never have I encountered a staff member who embodied the spirit of FBO as this individual did.

However, during my recent visit to purchase formal attire, I was appalled to discover that this outstanding employee was no longer present. Instead, I was met with a new staff member who lacked even the most basic knowledge of your products and seemed utterly incapable of providing assistance.

I demand that you reconsider the decision to let go of this exceptional staff member. His departure is a significant loss to your store, and I fear that it will have a detrimental impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
